The Evolution Bi-Metal Stainless Steel Low Profile Dome Head Tek 2 Stitching Screw is designed for fixing components, brackets and miscellaneous hardware to light gauge steel substrates where a low profile or anti-snag head is required. It is also suitable where dissimilar metals are being used or superior corrosion resistance is required.
The drilling point is made from SAE C1022 carbon steel and the shank & head are made from AISI 304/EN 1.4301 (A2) stainless steel, with a 5µm electroplated zinc coating.
Coarse thread form with an effective thread length of 94mm, drilling capacity of 0.6-2.5mm and recommended drill speed of 1500-2500 RPM.
