The Weekly Inspection Tag, the generic Multitag solution for all workplace equipment where space is restricted for tag attachment. Recording ‘date inspected’ to ensure ease of use. Notes inspection frequency is every 7 days. Records up to 12 records of Next Inspection Due Date.

Designed for any asset that requires a weekly inspection. This tag can record upto 12 records to clearly show when the equipment was last inspected. Applications can include but not limited to, Handrails, Generators, Lighting Towers, Ladders, Podiums, Site Kitchens, Eye Wash Stations and Spill Kit Locations.

  • Legend (insert front): INSPECTION DUE IF DATE ABOVE EXCEEDS 7 DAYS
  • Record the Date Inspected
  • A single insert can record up to 12 inspections
  • Record Equipment Type, Reference Number, contractor / user signature and date
  • Legend (insert back): Warning - Unlawful removal or interference with this sign could make you liable to prosecution and fines
